Early May 2019, we supplied the multi-port valves onboard as requested by captain and superintendent of a container ship, referring the specification, photos and manuals.

After ship arrival at port, ship crew installed the valves referring to the manual and confirm the PO received. While ship informed superintendent after ship departure that the valve can be installed, but cannot work. It was such an urgent now.

Our company response quickly to solve the problem, we contact and coordinate the ship and manufacturer to confirm again about the exactly specification. We help ship and owner to prepare the spare parts within the shortest time to make sure ship safety navigation.

Meanwhile, we coordinate the fleet and transfer this valve to the other ship to save the owner’s cost and time.
