In April 2019, one ship went for voyage repair in Zhoushan, Zhejiang
Province, China. The ship urgently demanded some spares, the departure time was
only two working days. Other spare company declined our customers, but our
company promptly responded according to specification, we swiftly quoted with
cargo in stock. The cargo weight was 8 tons, that would be a new challenge.
After we received the PO, we coordinated with different parties, we
understood how our customer worried, so prepared the cargoes with 2 days and made
sure the voyage repair completed on time and perfectly.
The ship can depart on time, the benefits of owner were ensured, and we
provided more convenience to ship Captain too.
